PAYMENT
The store uses Stripe and Paypal as the main payment option.
Please get in touch if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
TIME LIMITED ART PRINT RELEASES
- Handiedan sends out an email announcement when a new print goes live via www.handiedan.com.
If you would like to receive these emails, please join the mailing list.
- In case of limited print releases, one print per person / household.
- In case of a refund: You may have been refunded because the print was oversold, or because you did not follow the store policies (such as the one print per household rule). Handiedan will notify you if you have been refunded, and process your refund ASAP.
- Handiedan reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Handiedan may need to verify any information you provide before she accepts an order.
SHIPPING
- Your order will be shipped to the address you have entered in your Bigcartel profile. Handiedan can only ship to the address in your Bigcartel profile when your order was processed.
- Most orders will be shipped out within a few days after receiving the order.
- In case of an address failure and a return to sender, new shipping costs will be charged.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your shipping address.
- Allow 2 - 3 weeks for shipments.
RETURNS
- In the unlikely event the print arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
CUSTOMERS PRIVACY
- Information you provide to The Store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.
